Engage your brain and body in a tangible and practical way while moving through traditional yoga poses using Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga style. Through visualization, selfmassage, and asana, we will explore the primary breathing muscles and deep core line muscle meridians. Breathing from your core retrains your brain to build strength from the “core of your core” while releasing outer body tension. Rewire your brain and body habits to move efficiently from the inside out. * ALL Levels. * Bring your own yoga mat. * If your personal practice requires yoga blocks, bring them!
